Avocado Street

The Avocado Street Beach Homes are located in Leucadia, CA just a stones throw from Stone Steps Beach. Previously a dilapidated dirt lot, it now houses 4 sustainably-built single family residences with a long, shared driveway and private backyards. The homes earned GreenPoint Rated Gold Certification which quantifies the sustainability measures incorporated. Earning Certification also allowed us to take advantage of expedited permitting through Encinitas’ Green Building Incentive program.
