Andrew Regan

Andrew Regan

President

Andrew Regan has spent more than 40 years in residential construction, with much of his career focused on custom single-family homes. His experience comes from being directly involved in the building process and understanding what it takes to manage a project from the early stages of planning through completion.

Andrew’s approach to building is practical and hands-on. His experience allows him to look at a project from both the construction and business sides, understanding how decisions made early in the process can affect the schedule, the budget, and ultimately the finished home.

He has built his career on relationships and takes pride in the trust that develops between a builder and a homeowner over the course of a project. For Andrew, one of the most rewarding parts of the work is seeing a client’s ideas take shape and knowing that the finished home reflects the thought and care that went into building it.

Andrew spent 12 years as an employee of AGB, gaining an in-depth understanding of the company, its projects, and its approach to custom homebuilding. When Jeff Adams retired, Andrew took over the business, bringing his own experience and perspective to the company while carrying forward the relationships, craftsmanship, and standards that had shaped AGB over the years.

Jeff Adams

Jeff Adams

Past President, Senior Advisor

After more than 54 years in construction, Jeff has retired, leaving a legacy of exceptional craftsmanship and thoughtful building. He led countless residential projects and three major multi-million-dollar resorts, earning recognition in San Diego Home and Garden, Dwell, Better Homes and Gardens, Metropolitan Home, and Elle Décor. Known for his sharp eye and steady standards, he treated every project like it had his name carved in the foundation.

Introduced to green building principles during the oil shortages of the 1970s, Jeff became an early advocate for environmentally responsible construction long before it was fashionable. With a background in economics from UC Santa Barbara, he championed cost-smart, high-quality building, earned multiple LEED credentials, built San Diego’s third LEED Platinum home, completed Southern California’s first certified Passive House, and helped AGB receive the Department of Energy’s National Home Innovation Award.
